chad a everson on Being Questioned

So is it right to question a preacher regarding his teachings? After all, these guys have the seminary degrees and even fake doctorates, but they have all this education. Who are we, the lowly sheep to question these men and women who have declared themselves authorities on the Bible and how to act like a Christian. Well I hate to break it to the “great noble” baptist conventions and those of you who blindly follow them, the veil was torn in two. We no longer need a Pharisee to read the Word to us.

Compare what the preachers teach to what the Bible says. Even Paul was not above having his teachings checked:

"Now the Bereans were of more noble character than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true" (Acts 17:11).

Who could teach the Scriptures more reliably than Paul? Were the Bereans criticized for comparing his teachings to Scripture? No! On the contrary, they were commended for doing so. So why are those who question the teachings of some of the most popular preachers criticized?

Maybe this verse will help answer that question:

“For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths” (2 Timothy 4:3-4).

The myth is that the Gospel is only for some. Many Christians need to feel like they are part of an elite group that only some people can join. This is a lie and a false doctrine. Any way you slice it, “that dog won’t hunt,” as some like to say.

Those that just sit back and agree to disagree, because this is merely a philosophical difference, are sorely mistaken. You are allowing this false doctrine that has created so called “pastors” such as the eversons, to tear up the very fabric of what you truly believe in your hearts. These liars and false teachers are destroying people in the name of a Holy God and the sacrifice that He made for ALL.

Blessed is Jehovah my Rock, who teaches my hands for war, my fingers for battle (Psalms 144:1).

The TRUTH marches on.

chad a everson on False Teachers

This charge I commit to you, my son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before about you, in order that you might war a good warfare by them, holding faith and a good conscience, which some have put away and made shipwreck as to faith. Among these are Hymeneus and Alexander, whom I have delivered to Satan so that they may learn not to blaspheme.
(1 Timothy 1:18-20)

Study earnestly to present yourself approved to God, a workman that does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth. But shun profane, vain babblings, for they will increase to more ungodliness. And their word will eat like a gangrene; among whom are Hymeneus and Philetus, who have erred concerning the truth, saying that the resurrection is already past, and who overthrow the faith of some.
(2 Timothy 2:15-18)

Here Paul has mentioned false teachers by name. He does this so that not only can they be warned, but so that others can be warned of their false teachings as well. The men mentioned here, through their false teachings, have "shipwrecked" their faith. By their false teachings, they and those who follow them become more ungodly. In order that we may become more Godly, we must first stand against false teachers and their corrupt teachings.

How do you know who is a false teacher and who is not?

Beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. You shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thorns, or figs from thistles? Even so every good tree brings forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree brings forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruits, nor can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that does not bring forth good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you shall know them. Not everyone who says to Me, Lord! Lord! shall enter the kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in Heaven.
(Matthew 7:15-21)

What is the will of God?

Master, which is the great commandment in the Law? Jesus said to him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.
(Matthew 22:36-40)

chad a everson on being Biblical

But there were false prophets among the people, as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly put forward wrong teachings for your destruction, even turning away from the Lord who gave himself for them; whose destruction will come quickly, and they themselves will be the cause of it. And a great number will go with them in their evil ways, through whom the true way will have a bad name. And in their desire for profit they will come to you with words of deceit, like traders doing business in souls: whose punishment has been ready for a long time and their destruction is watching for them.
(2 Peter 2:1-3)

chad a everson on Blogging

The justification for this site continues to get questioned, even though, now for a third time, a church has been crippled by the same ravenous wolf.

"The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron...If you point these things out to the brothers, you will be a good minister of Christ Jesus, brought up in the truths of the faith and of the good teaching that you have followed" (1 Timothy 4:1-2,6).

chad a everson on New Posts

Just as you say the blog owner knows nothing about Trinity, you do not know me or any of the other people that post here.

I know this, you are right, there is nothing new to post, because this is just the same old story, a bunch of Pharisees being Pharisees, just different victims and a different place. The methods are the same. Bully, deny, and lie to cover their sin while condemning those that disagree and hold them accountable, the Calvinist way. If you people would actually stop and take a look at what kind of man you are following, you would realize that he is nothing but a bully that tries to be bigger than he is.

I expect each of you to seek God, stop listening to false prophets and wolves that have infiltrated your church. The Bible is clear that they exist, yet when they are called out, people like you, john, chad, michele, jeff, want to protect them instead of dealing with them. And yet, you want to call others out for their sin and call it tough love. Really?

I am doing what God called me to do. You think you know who I am, just pick up the phone and confront me or better yet, drop by. This site was set up to warn and protect churches like Trinity. I do not expect or care if you accept or understand me or anyone else who stands up for Truth and stands up to the evil that is in the world, such as false teachers in our pulpits. God is able and He still uses people today to fight His battles just as He always has.

Now, john, you can continue to offer up your attitude of hate and sarcasm, or you can seek God and you will find that following this false teacher and his doctrine of hate and tyranny is not God’s will for your life or anyone else.
